If you would like to help out on the day this may include assisting with the seminar room, front desk, ticket sales, merchandise stand, organised games, tournaments and more.

Volunteers receive free entry to Dragonmeet and if they come back in future years, they get a callsign and are added to the choir with their own personalised Dragonmeet t-shirt and addition to the callsign roster. If you would like to support the event with a minimum of 4 hours please fill out the form below and we’ll be in touch.

You will need to be on-site and ready at least 30 minutes before your session.
